Brandstyles was founded in 2012 by Dogan E.

From 2016 to 2023,
GM DAVID successfully managed both, GM GUEST CLUB and BRANDSTYLES.
In 2023, GM David made the strategic decision to merge
GM GUEST CLUB and BRANDSTYLES into a single unified platform, making it easier for clients to access everything they need in one place.

2DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped using the courier company that is best suited for your country.
The package is anticipated to arrive within 7-15 business days. Each order is accompanied by a tracking number, and all deliveries necessitate a signature upon receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to track the order through track&trace.
You will receive your tracking number through the provided contact information.

3RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
GM GUEST CLUB accepts returns for an exchange or credit if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
In the event of an exchange, all returned items must be in their original condition.
When making an exchange return, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
When sending the product back to us, please ensure it arrives at our office. Use a reliable shipping company like DHL and also communicate the tracking number to us. If the package is blocked by customs, it will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indications of being worn, washed, or altered. Please ensure the item is stored in a clean and smoke-free environment with all the manufacturer's respective packaging and tags attached.

4SHIPPING EXCEPTION
In certain countries, it is advisable to avoid specific customs processes. For the following countries: Greece, Switzerland, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Austria, and Czech Republic, we have established a procedure. For clients in these countries, we will initially dispatch your order to our office in Belgium, and from there, we will proceed with the shipment to the designated countries mentioned. This approach is designed to streamline the customs process and ensure a smoother delivery for our valued customers in these regions.
